Lunch: 100% wholegrain pasta on tomatoes and onions, cooked with garlic, basil and pepper. On the top is sautéed kale, spinach and pine nuts :)

First things first - would you have access to a fridge or microwave?
I have to pack a lunch every day, and I usually bring things like leftovers from dinner the night before, soup, sandwiches, pasta that I make that morning, protein shakes, various snack foods (fruit, carrots, granola/protein/”meal replacement” bars)… There’s also things like salads or wraps, those scrambled egg things you make in a muffin tin, roasted chickpeas, smoothies… ummm. That’s all I’ve got for the moment!
Dinner time *-* today I have some avocado with little yellow and red tomatoes on a brown bread
